How to Make Gonjleng Rice and Corn Bakwan

*        Ingredients:
A.     Gonjleng Rice

·         Rice                 : 1 litre
·         Onion               : 4
·         Chilli                : 3
·         Laurellike leaf  : 3
·         Salt                  : 1 spoon
·         vegetable oil     : 1 spoon

B.      Corn Bakwan

·         Sweet corn       : 3
·         Flavour            : ½ kg
·         Leek                : ½ 
·         Salt                  : 1 spoon
·         Vegetable oil    : ½ litre

*        Contents:

A.     Gonjleng Rice

·         Carbohydrate
·         Cholesterol
·         Vitamin C, a, b-6, b9
·         Protein
·         Calorie
·         Mineral
·         Calcium
·         Potassium
·         Sodium
·         Yodium

B.      Corn Bakwan

·         Vitamin a
·         Vitamin b
·         Mineral
·         Calorie
·         Protein
·         Calcium

*        Steps:
 
A.     Gonjleng Nasi.

1.       First, we have to prepare the ingredients and the tools.
2.       Then slice onions and chillies.
3.       Wash the rice by clean water.
4.       Add onions, chillies, one spoon of salt, one spoon of vegetable oil, laurellike leaf into rice place and stir it slowly.
5.       Put the rice place into rice cooker.
6.       And then, choose the down button for cook.
7.       Wait until the rice gonjleng done about 20 minutes.
8.       Finally, the rice gonjleng done.

B.      Corn Bakwan.

1.       First, we have to prepare the ingredients and the tools.
2.       Then, wash the corns and leek.
3.       Slice the leeks and the corns.
4.       Pour the flavour into large bowl and add the water. Stir it until smooth.
5.       Add the corns and leek into large bowl. Stir it again.
6.       Then, we have to prepare a wok and stove.
7.       Pour the vegetable oil into a wok, and wait until ready to use.
8.       Input the batter of Corn bakwan into hot vegetable oil. And wait about 15 minutes.

The Gonjleng rice will delicious with corn bakwan. These food are delicious and health for our body because, it doesn’t use preservative. It more delicious if the gonjleng rice and corn bakwan served warmly.
